Background
During my first year of Bachelor in 2021, we had to design and develop a digital project addressing a real demand as part of our mid-term exams. This collective project allowed us to deepen our technical knowledge, apply project management methodologies, and develop our presentation skills in front of a jury.
The project
We chose to create Rest'au Frigo, a website that allows users to find recipes based on the ingredients available in their refrigerator.
Over two weeks, we conducted a comprehensive market study, designed user questionnaires, developed a brand identity, and created wireframes with responsive mockups. I contributed partially to the wireframes and mockups, but primarily focused on developing the functional prototype, culminating in an oral presentation and complete project documentation.
FoodFinder
FoodFinder represents my personal vision of the project, which I developed solo after the midterms to finalize and improve the original concept. Working as a team of five on the initial project, we had to make compromises to satisfy everyone's preferences. This experience made me realize the crucial importance of compartmentalizing work and properly distributing tasks from the beginning of any collaborative project.
